Will my client see a bot join the call?
No. Lunar is a desktop app that captures your microphone and your computer's system audio directly. Nothing ever appears in the participant list — on Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or any other call — so there is no awkward moment and no permission to ask for.
Can I send the recap straight to the client?
That is what it is written for: decisions, approvals, and next steps, phrased for someone who was not in the room. Read it, adjust the tone if you want to, send it. It is a recap, not a transcript dump.
Does it keep client accounts separate?
Each client gets its own folder, bound once to its Jira project with a default issue type and assignee. Action items from a call land in the right backlog without anyone picking from a list every time.
Do I still have to check what it wrote?
Yes, and you should — especially before anything reaches a client. Lunar drafts the recap and proposes the issues; you review and click. It removes the typing, not the judgement.
